info@valenciatrader.comHigh school students recently took part in a peaceful protest in Valencia City to protest against their schools not being paid for electricity or heating. They were taught by their teachers how to protest peacefully. The police turned out in riot gear and treated the kids and parents like criminals. This is now daily life for many students and parents here in Valencia and there has been no media coverage of these attrocities. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS REGIME - MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD.
CHIEF OF POLICE ANTONIO MORENO, WHEN ASKED WHETHER HE CONSIDERED THE POLICE RESPONSE "DISPROPORTIONATE" SAID SOMETHING ALONG THE LINES OF "YOU DON'T GIVE NUMBERS TO YOUR ENEMY".
MR MORENO, I HAVE A QUESTION FOR YOU:
ARE CHILDREN YOUR ENEMY? ARE THE PEOPLE OF VALENCIA YOUR ENEMY? IS THIS BUSINESS (WHICH PAYS MORE THAN YOUR ANNUAL WAGES) YOUR ENEMY?
WE CALL FOR THE RESIGNATION OF ANTONIO MORENO, HE'S EVIDENTLY OVERSTRESSED, SLIGHTLY MAD AND CURRENTLY CONTROLLING A DANGEROUS AND VIOLENT FORCE ON THE STREETS OF VALENCIA AGAINST CHILDREN, PARENTS AND GRANDPARENTS.

The cottage of the famous Valencian writer Vicente Blasco-Ibáñez, located at the Malvarrosa Beach has been converted into a Museum with an exhibition of his personal belongings and literary works. It is a three-storey building and includes a large garden. The ground floor or Room I is primarily used for conferences, meetings, film projections and temporary exhibitions. The first floor or Room II houses the museum and contains sculptures and photographs of Blasco Ibáñez and his family. It also includes furniture, valuable china, miniatures, engravings collections, documents and personal objects. Room III is a Research Centre, and there are documents related to the life of the writer, manuscripts and, above all, numerous editions of his books. |
North of the Malvarosa are Patacona and PortSaplaya, beaches that belong to the municipality of Alboraya which is famous for horchata (a sweet, refreshing drink made from tiger nuts). To the south there is the Pinedo beach, where there are excellent restaurants serving traditional dishes. Further south still, is El Saler, an area that has the European blue flag award for its beautiful clear waters and spotless golden sands.
