High school students recently took part in a peaceful protest in Valencia City to protest against their schools not being paid for electricity or heating. They were taught by their teachers how to protest peacefully. The police turned out in riot gear and treated the kids and parents like criminals. This is now daily life for many students and parents here in Valencia and there has been no media coverage of these attrocities. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS REGIME - MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD.

Aquopolis Water Parks
Aquopolis have numerous water parks in Europe, including two in the Valencia region. One is in Cullera, Valencia and the other in Torrevieja, Alicante.
Tickets can be bought in advance on the internet and range from €15.95 for children to €19.95 for adults. The park opens for the 2009 season on 14 June until 6 September at 11:00 to approx 18:00 or 19:00 depending on month.
