Paella Valenciana

Paella Valenciana

  Ingredients:

400 gr rabbit, 400 gr chicken, 250 gr green beans, 150 gr white beans, 150 gr broad beans, 1 ripe tomato, 500 gr rice, 8 tablespoons olive oil, a pinch of sweet ground red pepper, saffron and salt.

Preparation
Serves: 4 persons

Heat the oil in a paella pan. When hot, add the meat in pieces, fry well and then add green beans, broad beans and white beans. Continue frying for 8 minutes or so and then ad the grated tomato. Stir lightly and add the rice, ground pepper, saffron and water. When boiling, salt to taste.
